Campus Caretaker and Upkeep Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Site Officer/Caretaker to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the College site to the highest standards. Your main tasks will include maintaining the site's appearance and upkeep, responding to maintenance requests, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth operation.
Salary and Benefits:Our competitive salary for this role is £25,584 - £27,711 per annum. In addition to your annual salary, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Working Hours and Location:The College operates 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Our location is Swavesey, and we foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects our Outstanding Ofsted rating.

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
