Maintenance Technician

Sanctuary Students is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join their Accommodation Management team in Addenbrookes, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on site, undertaking repairs, and reporting any issues that require specialist attention.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in caretaking or cleaning, who possesses practical skills in identifying and/or carrying out standard repairs. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of health and safety and excellent communication skills.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £24,621 - £25,916.88 per year, plus benefits including 25 days leave, a pension scheme, life assurance, and an employee volunteering scheme.
