Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Caretaker to join our team at Sanctuary Students. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our student accommodation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.

Key Accountabilities:
• Perform regular building checks and audits to identify any potential hazards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and undertake repairs as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report any issues to management
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

What We Can Offer:
As a Maintenance Caretaker with Sanctuary Students, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £24,621 - £25,916.88 per year, plus benefits including a pension scheme with employer contributions and 25 days leave (rising to 30 days).
