What you will do as a Guest Services Coordinator
- Responsible for non-vip allocation for the day and future days.
- Responsible for queue room procedure.
- Review the arrival lists and make sure allocation is done according to guest preferences, length of stay and notes.
- Review any group arrival and prepare allocation and arrivals according to the group agenda.
- Work closely with the Senior shift leader and Shift leader to optimize our customer service goal.
- Performing certain admin tasks like arrival check, no show, traces.
- Communicate effective with the operational department.
