Job Introduction
**We are looking to welcome 2 high motivated, creative and enthusiastic Guest Service Ambassadors to the Rapport family in London.**

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

Our client is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.

The core hours of the role will be an 8-hour shift within the service hours of 08.00 - 18.00. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring that these hours are covered by the team on a shift rota basis, working Monday to Fridays, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required on occasion for events out of these hours.

Main Responsibilities
- To provide excellent service to clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards.
- To be flexible in their approach and offer business support as required, it will be a very ‘hands on’ and proactive role and requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment

This role will specialise in the overall client experience across all aspects of the ground floor. Ensuring the arrival experience and interaction with all guests is a memorable one, with a consistent drive to provide an outstanding level of service and surprise and delight our guests whenever the opportunity arises.

I am an up-beat team-pIayer with integrity and a can-do attitude. I am passionate about delivering great service and take responsibility for my contribution to the team. I like to think ‘outside of the box’ and always look for innovative ways to improve efficiencies within a guest environment and enhance guest services, whilst showing that I am flexible and adaptable in my approach to everything that I do.

**Key criteria**
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office programs; Outlook; Booking Systems, Phone Systems
- Hold a strong customer service background with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
- Ability to follow initiative and think outside of the box and be open-minded
- Take ownership of tasks
- Maintain a sense of pride in your work
- Works well within a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- Maintain flexibility and a can-do attitude when being asked to support in cross departmental tasks
