Managing conference and event bookings from the initial enquiry through to the final details
- Production of contracts and function sheets ensuring that they are accurate to the clients requirements
- Ensuring that all amendments, late bookings and special requirements are communicated effectively
- Confidently conducting site visits with potential clients
- Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling
- Assisting the reservations team with admin and taking bookings when required
- Assisting Wedding colleagues with workload where necessary
- Ensuring all communication with clients is in a professional friendly manner
- Ensure that all events are accurately charged including invoices and chasing payments
- Working closely with Operations team and all hotel staff to ensure the smooth running and execution of all events on site

You must be confident, have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a busy environment. We require a can do attitude, excellent communication skills and a team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
