You will play a key role in this new initiative enhancing the experience of international recruits joining the Trust, supporting their smooth transition into the UK and the NHS through preparing them for their OSCE exams to prepare the individuals for entry on to the NMC register.

You will be contributing to the provision of high-quality education, training and development opportunities to the Internationally Recruited individuals, enabling them to deliver outstanding care to our patients through your exceptional leadership skills through role modelling, visibility and clinical credibility.

You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines, great organisational skills and a desire to provide brilliant customer service. You must be flexible, adept at problem solving and able to deal with challenges positively and calmly.
