**Role Purpose**: As the People Systems Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for HR Administration, providing efficient and effective support to employees and managers in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, learning, onboarding, and payroll. Your key responsibilities will be to ensure smooth daily operations of our HRIS and other systems, handling general queries and supporting the People Advisor and H&S Manager when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and improve the daily operations of our HRIS and other systems, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general HR queries, providing timely and effective support to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering.
- Assist the People Advisor and H&S Manager with various HR initiatives to support the Service Delivery Plan.
- Support line managers across CHL to fulfil their people management responsibilities with openness, transparency, and alignment with our values.
- Confidently handle people management issues and provide guidance to line managers when needed.
- Work as part of a team to promote corporate aims, objectives, and cultural aspirations, ensuring alignment with business-focused solutions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in HR administration and working with HRIS and other HR systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.
