**Job Description: Office Administrator**
Are you seeking an opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers? The Wool Company is looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Office Administrator. This role includes answering telephone calls from our customers and suppliers and assessing their needs. You would learn all about the products we sell and help customers decide on purchases. We are passionate about customer satisfaction and take pride in offering the finest natural fibre products. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every interaction with our customers is nothing short of perfection.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Administration**:
- Utilise excellent typing and computer skills to handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and preparing documents.
- Creating and manipulating spreadsheets (Excel mainly). Extracting system data from our stock management system.
- Undertake projects to update website information on our website system platform.
2. **Customer Services**:
- Serve as a first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with a warm and friendly experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services, for which you will receive training.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and create lasting positive impressions.
- To help you learn about the the products you will spend time in our warehouse learning how to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labelled, including any additional paperwork, and are well-presented.
- **Qualifications**:
- Excellent typing and some spreadsheet skills
- Excellent administrative Skills.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Adept in both spoken and written English to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying packages between the ground floor warehouse and the 1st floor office. There is a staircase between the 2 floors, this staircase leads to our office as well as the upstairs warehouse.
- Possess a positive "can do" attitude, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Display a bright and cheery outlook that aligns with the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and to fit in with our small team.

This position is full-time/37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
