**About us**

St Anthony of Padua Community Association is a registered charity and limited company with over 30 years’ experience of providing a range of care services. We provide Day Care, Home Care and Extra Care Housing across the East End of Newcastle. We are a ‘not for profit’, value-based organisation.

**The role**

The Administrator will report to our HR Adviser and be an integral part of our HR team.

The Administrator has responsibility to collate, monitor and update a range of HR performance data for managers and the HR Adviser using various MS 365 packages.

In conjunction with the HR Adviser, the successful applicant will also create a range of be-spoke electronic publications such as our company newsletter, marketing leaflets and posting and managing our social media and website content.

**About You**

The successful applicant must have proven experience in a busy office-based administration role and hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

You possess a ‘can do’ approach and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to effectively plan and complete work in an accurate and timely manner, always ensuring a high integrity and a confidential manner.
