This post is office based at Waterfront 4, Newcastle upon Tyne but a move to Stella House (same business park will happen in November 2023) with the possibility of 1 day per week home working. As the administrator for helpdesk and Oracle Learner Management (OLM) you will be the first point of contact within the LET to provide support to learners regarding e-Learning queries, as well as maintaining the administrative and technical aspects of the learning management systems for the purpose of recording high quality data and supporting the production of accurate reporting. You will maintain and support the LET Helpdesk function within HR. You must have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively using telephone, face to face and written methods.
