We are on the look out for an experienced IT professional who is ready for their next challenge.

**The Opportunity**:
As a System Administrator within an established IT Team, you will have strong communication and documentation skills. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think outside of the box. You will report to the Head of IT to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Your key activities will include:

- Design, install and configure internal servers within Microsoft Azure
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Responding to and resolving help desk requests proactively within SLA
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Monitor and assess and action security alerts and escalate when necessary
- Ensure all work is in line with our internal processes and procedures, external accreditations and compliance
