Support the TV Shopping Marketing Strategy Activation in all TV shopping territories (UK & Italy).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop & execute initiatives to improve the customer experience on all TV Shopping partners’ touchpoints including on-air, online, social media and traditional marketing collateral.
- Execute ELEMIS marketing plans in line with TV Shopping bespoke calendars working closely with key stakeholders internally and externally across the UK and Italy with a focus on digital first.

**Live Show and Filming Support**
- Develop on-air prep packs and show plans for ELEMIS on-air presenters & QVC’s hosts ensuring these communicate accurate information and content that is approved by the QVC legal team.
- Assist in the planning of and coordination of all physical and virtual Customer, PR, and Marketing events: raising FOC orders, briefing, and ordering collateral in line with budgets and channel strategy.

o Support the successful execution of TV Shopping live shows to hit sales targets.

o Assist in the briefing and ensuring the cost-effective availability of props, digital assets, samples, show cards, and set dressing to improve the elevation demonstrations and storytelling.

o Manage all QVC presenter and model orders and ensure customer panels and PR / photography samples are sent promptly and dispatch is tracked.
- Managing the sales and airtime tracker, to report on performance of shows and individual on-air guests.
- Attend ELEMIS shows at QVC studios including evenings and weekends.

**Team Marketing Initiatives**
- Support the sales team in driving the online business proactively improving the ELEMIS online offering in all territories increasing sales, customer reviews, auto-delivery opportunities, and average transaction value.
- Support cost-effective initiatives to drive off-air sales to meet off-air sales growth KPIs (Beauty Channel & Alternatives channels, Online, Newsletters, Direct Mailers)
- Ensure all marketing assets are briefed and produced on time for all campaigns with the creative team.
- Support new customer acquisition initiatives across territories: Beauty Boxes, Sampling, and customer panels.
- Ensure all purchases/investments for TV Shopping Channel are in line with the budget for this activity as per the spending plan.
- Help increase engagement and followers, by developing, coordinating, and executing social media monthly plans across ambassador’s platforms.
- Help the planning and execution of social media & digital content and campaigns ensuring these are on-brand and abide by ELEMIS best practice guidelines.
- Deliver monthly TV Shopping activation reports to the team and wider business.
- As requested, attend ELEMIS cross-channel marketing meetings and brainstorms. Prepare marketing plans and presentations to update other channels of the business about TV shopping. Support the smooth running of meetings and meeting prep.

**Claims, Price Comparisons**
- Own the process for timely submission of product claims for all territories. Liaise with NPD to collate relevant / requested supporting documentation - ensure translations are submitted where required.
- Submit price comparisons to ensure value statements are approved by all QVC territories.

**Commercial**
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to evaluate the ROI of all initiatives and report back to the wider team.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Educated to degree level, or equivalent preferably Marketing orientated.
- Ideally had experience working on a retail account or QVC/ home shopping networks (desirable)
- 1-2 years experience within a similar role (desirable)
- Personality to own, drive, and actively champion the QVC business.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Good influencing, interpersonal skills, and creative flair
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word packages
