On Site Marketing Representative (Commercial Property)*
**London, West Kensington**
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an on-site Marketing Representative to work at what is set to be London’s newest cultural landmark. The £1 billion regeneration project will create a destination for art, culture, entertainment, education, exhibitions, music, food and work.
Based in the purpose-built marketing suite, you will become the face of the development, equipping yourself with the site knowledge needed to confidently welcome guests and promote the site.
You will quickly become competent in the use of the interactive technology, designed to bring the scheme to life, focusing on the specific areas of interest for each visiting party.
To ensure a VIP visitor experience, you will work collaboratively with key stake holders to ensure all parties are kept up to date on planned visits and viewings, reporting back with key insights to help future negotiations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be tech savy, organised and professional, with a warm personality, great communications skills and lots of enthusiasm. Ideally you will be a resident of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (but we will consider applicants from the wider area if you have relevant experience and skills).
To perform in this role, you will need to be qualified in Level 1 ‘Health and Safety in a Construction Environment’ and hold a CSCS green card, which we can help you obtain. Training will be given in the first week of the role, which will include an online exam to obtain the qualification.
**Hours and Salary**
9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday (with flexibility to support early / late viewings as needed)
£40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities*

Marketing and viewings*
- Ensure all guests receive a warm and professional welcome, efficiently signing them in following the correct protocols
- Confidently present the development to visitors in the marketing suite, using the interactive technology to bring the site to life
- Host site tours at the development, working closely with all teams to administer a VIP viewing experience
- Quickly become knowledgeable of the whole development to ensure site visits are informative, allowing you to ‘sell’ the concept to perspective occupiers; these could be corporate clients looking for office space, retailers, restaurant owners or representatives from space that has already been leased
- Work collaboratively with the project management team, following processes and informing them of planned viewings
- Efficiently manage the calendar to ensure all viewings are booked, with sufficient time to allow for an informative visit
- Ensure the project always presents well and communicate any concerns or useful insights to key stakeholders
- Efficiently manage internal and external communications with key stakeholders
- Assist with inspections and help address any issues that may arise
- Produce a weekly report, detailing activity on site; viewings, contractors, meetings, issues
**Managing the marketing Suite**
- Take full ownership of the marketing suite, ensuring it is kept in pristine condition, ready for ‘drop in’ visits - including getting out the feather duster
- Ensure the ambiance reflects the marketing vision e.g. music, lights, candles, scent, staging any props etc
- Provide hospitality, as required, and ensure supplies are replenished
- Create and manage a key safe, with a colour coded reference points and an accompanying digital spreadsheet to assist with signing in and out of keys
- Ensure PPE equipment room is tidy and supplies in place ready for use plus the reordering of equipment as needed
