About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Standout Field Marketing. As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies across independent channels, building relationships with key decision-makers, and increasing product presence in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers and store decision-makers
  • Drive direct sales and amplify product presence in your territory
  • Negotiate and close deals, and secure new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and marketing experience in a field sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans
