We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Administrator to join our established manufacturing business based in Blackburn.
**Job Specification**:
To provide a first-class customer service experience to customers, sales partners, and suppliers.
To ensure sales, product deliveries and customer service quality are maintained using best practice.
To support sales and marketing communication and content for social media platforms.
To provide administration support to internal teams, managers, and director.
**Job Tasks**:
Liaising with customers and sales partners resolving queries, payment processing and problem solving
Providing the manufacturing team with daily production lists
Send marketing communication to all customers and sales partners to encourage new business with the ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
General office duties such as managing internal documentation, processing, filing, invoices and supporting data for management reports.
**Personal Attributes**:
Excellent sales, customer focus and customer experience skills are essential for this role
Must have excellent communication skills, especially oral and written grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and punctuation.
Confident and self-motivated with natural enthusiasm and a positive attitude with the ability to work to deadlines
Must have excellent interpersonal, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Understanding and knowledge of sales marketing and social media platforms
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
