Customer Support Administrator

**Location: Volta Mobility Limited, 6 Albion Street, Accrington, Lancashire, BB51QW**
**Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and 8:30am
- 4pm on Friday’s**
**Salary: Negotiable based on experience**
Volta Mobility Limited specialise in the conversion of rear entry Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles. Volta convert a variety of WAV’s including a 100% electric vehicle.
Our head office is located in Accrington, Lancashire, from where we operate a nationwide service. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to join our growing team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to grow with the company and receive many benefits including a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, etc..
**Roles and responsibilities;**
- Maintain and update spreadsheets with customer enquiries, demonstrations and orders
- Co-ordinate and book demonstrations and monthly checks in the sales teams diary
- Have strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- Have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
- Be organised and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be computer literate with a working knowledge of the Microsoft package
A background within Motability, automotive or similar manufacturing sector would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
