Reward Specialist

**Overview**:
**Role / Principal Accountabilities**:
- Provide compensation advice, bespoke analyses, guidance and support to relevant HRBPs and/or the business
- Support projects and processes including the annual remuneration review process/market benchmarking
- Perform analysis on market positioning and salary structures
- Provide guidance and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics including pay appropriateness, market competitiveness, effectiveness of compensation elements etc.
- Support or take lead/facilitate business required and regulatory required processes (UK and other EMEA countries), ensuring appropriate quality standards and documentation
- Take lead on regulatory disclosures and returns including engagement with relevant stakeholders
**Skills and Experience**:
- Have strong experience in compensation analysis in financial industry
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Have an experience in working in matrix organisation
- Have an experience/good understanding of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (preferable McLagan)
- Experience in benefits would be a plus
- Be aware of own strengths and capabilities and at the same time be able to identify areas which they can further improve and develop
- Be open to learn in a fast-paced, changing and highly regulated environment
- Be detailed-oriented, placing an emphasis on accuracy, while always being able to see the broader picture
- Be an enthusiastic, resourceful and pro-active team player willing to contribute
- Be well-organised and have ability to manage heavy workload/competing priorities
- Be creative with a solutions-focused approach
