Here are **The Mick George Group** we are looking for a **HR/ Recruitment Administrator**
**Job Purpose**:
To support the Employee Services department with their aims & objectives, focussing on HR and Recruitment across the Mick George Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the on-boarding process to include:

- Production of offer letters and contracts.
- Right to work checks
- Input new starter information onto MyMG (HR Portal)
- Coordinating requests for company IT equipment and vehicles.
- Ordering of PPE for all new starters.
- Process leavers on MyMG & issue letters accepting resignation.
- Process Exit Interviews & Follow up with Line managers for missing information.
- Screen interviewees across the business where applicable.
- Manage CV database, distributing them to hiring managers.
- Meet with Hiring Managers to discuss and fully understand recruitment requests. Highlight alternatives to new hires such as internal / organic progression.
- Arranging interviews, including the management of Hiring Managers diaries. Ensuring the relevant correspondence is sent to both applicant and Hiring Manager
- Dispatch any disciplinary invites.
- Answer employee services telephone line, assisting with HR, Recruitment & Payroll queries.

**Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Committed to providing first rate overall internal & external customer service.
- Driven self-starter, comfortable with working alone and as a pro-active team member.
- IT Literate - Use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Effective communicator, influencer & relationship builder.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices.
- The written communication skills to produce a variety of HR correspondence.
- Honest & reliable, with confidentiality at the forefront.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage own diary - amidst challenging demands on time.
- The role holder will be required to cover for work colleagues in times of absence.
- Experience of using Jazz HR system and pensions modules (Desirable)
- Knowledge of relevant HR laws and best practice (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
