What we are looking for:
We are looking for a HR System Administrator to join our HR team and provide administrative support with our newly rolled out HR system.
This role will ideally suit someone who is system savvy with great computer literacy skills and ability to learn quickly and effectively. To succeed as a System Administrator you will be equally happy to work on your own and as part of a team and deal with multiple priorities on a daily basis. Don't worry if you haven't done a similar role before, if you are a quick learner with great computer skills we would still like to hear from you

Key responsibilities as a HR System Administrator will be to:
Make daily required updates on the system
Build and run reports in the system and create templates for any new ones as needed
Becoming a system expert (with training) and training other, less experienced system users (in time of course)
Support on any other related projects as required

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a HR System Administrator will include:
Being system savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Administration/HR Administration would be desirable
Ability to organise yourself well and work with numerous changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
