**Position**:
Are you looking to start your career in HR? Do you want to learn whilst working and gaining invaluable hands on experience?

**What you will do in your working day**:

- A key part of the role will be working to deliver outstanding HR advice and guidance to our customers. You will be constantly focused on delivering commercial and pragmatic advice whilst ensuring you are delivering to our client’s objectives

**The training you will be getting**:
CIPD Level 3 with the opportunity to study higher levels after.

As part of the Level 3 CIPD qualification, the apprentice would be assigned an assessor through the College, who would typically come out to visit in the workplace to assess workplace HR skills, progress reviews, and observations.

The knowledge side would be delivered via day release attendance to Cambridge Campus, plus access to online portal VLE (Virtual Learning Environment), and assignments/ evidence of work/portfolio would be submitted via an online Smart Assessor.

The practical training period is the time dedicated to the development of the knowledge, skills and behaviours for your apprenticeship which includes the following components:

- Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
- On-programme assignments
- The HR apprentice would work towards an End Point Assessment
