**Job Summary**:
As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the clinical care provided across our Somerset and Staffordshire locations. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated nurses and healthcare professionals, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring effective communication, support, and development.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with complex health needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
- **Quality Improvement**:

- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance through audits, feedback, and outcome measurements.
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and review care protocols and pathways to ensure best practices.
- **Patient Care**:

- Ensure that all patient care plans are tailored to individual needs and regularly reviewed and updated.
- Provide clinical expertise and support to the care team, patients, and families.
- Manage complex cases and provide direct clinical care when necessary.
- **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Mentor and support the professional development of nursing staff.
- Promote a culture of learning and professional growth within the clinical team.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Liaise with patients, families, and external healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
- Represent the organization at external meetings and forums as required.
- Foster strong relationships with commissioning bodies and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting, preferably in complex care.
- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of complex care needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
- Ability to travel between Somerset and Staffordshire as required.
