Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new job in Preston Electricity North West is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representatives, and the role comes with a salary of £23,338.60 plus 10% shift pay and excellent benefits.

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to address customer queries, complaints, or faults by handling, resolving and managing interactions through to resolution, focusing on providing a first-class customer experience.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Own and resolve a customer’s enquiry or complaint from receipt to resolution, ensuring that timescales and promised actions are met and completed in line with customer, company and CSAT expectations
- Handle multiple contacts from different systems and accurately record and process the range of customer enquiries and complaints through the various fault and case management systems
- The ability to use a number of systems to obtain the correct data on CRM, IS, STORM, ECOES, NMS, webDMD
- Good customer service skills
- Experience working within a fast paced environment
- Problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- An empathetic approach and a can-do attitude.

Working Pattern Rotating between 7am and 10pm however sometimes we need your flexibility until 12am, Monday - Sunday, working 1 in 4 weekends.
