Main Purpose of Role
Key
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide a high level of customer service in the test centre at all times.
- Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
Understand and adhere to testing needs and procedures for each client, including:
- Ensuring equipment is operational and workstations are set up in line with test guidelines
- Ensure the integrity and security of the tests is maintained and that they are supervised to the required standard.
- Comply with all incident reporting and escalation procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practice, identify inefficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.
- Attend workshops for integrity, procedural updates and fraud as requested.
Due to the nature of the service, flexibility in working hours is a must. To provide good customer service, testing is offered throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. Weekends and evening working is essential.
**Please note: security clearance from the home office will be required. This process requires up to 2 months for processing before commencing the position.**
