**Care Facilitator**

**Duties and Responsibilities of this Role**
- To provide support and care for our Members with learning difficulties and disabilities.
- To design and lead a range of activities, including creative activities (arts and crafts, sewing etc), beauty treatments (nail painting, massages), athletic activities (games, dancing, yoga), performance activities (sing and sign, shows and pantomimes).
- To support our Members in pursuing a healthy lifestyle, including diet and exercise.
- To ensure the physical, emotional, cultural and religious needs of our Members are met.
- To attend and complete trainings in accordance with the company’s policies.
- To establish healthy, appropriate and supportive relationships with our Members and their parents/carers/families.
- To provide personal care for our Members (this duty requires that applicants are over eighteen years old)

**How A.J's Academy will support new team members**:

- Constructing training programmes and organising relevant courses for professional and personal development.
- Providing a named mentor who will regularly check in on personal and professional progress and mental well-being.
- Ensuring detailed information on A.J’s Academy Ltd.’s policies and procedures is provided.
- Organising regular performance appraisals with Seniors and Management, to discuss progress and ensure the team feel supported and listened to.
- Complimentary lunch is provided to all employees.
