We are a prominent charity in the North West, dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a Senior Community Care Facilitator to enhance our team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary of £27,590
- 25% additional pay for weekend shifts

Role Overview:
This position is crucial for the leadership and management of our new intervention hub, which serves families and children at risk of entering residential care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and provide mentorship to support staff.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans for children and young people.
- Engage with families and the community to foster supportive relationships.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
- Build positive connections with children, their families, and external organizations.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
- Manage administrative duties, including documentation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with management to enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a residential care environment for children.
- Background in supporting children with emotional and complex needs.
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support methodologies.
- NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance.
- Clean Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid UK driving license.
