Admin Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with flexibility in hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide support to other team members as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with some accounting software is a bonus
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
