**Digital Marketing & Business Operations Assistant**
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Business Operations Assistant to assist in growing sales and optimizing our current workflow and production.
**Digital Marketing Duties**:
- Update, refine, and manage our existing websites.
- Implement SEO on existing websites.
- Expand and optimize our webshop.
- Assist with the digital marketing of our Lean Production app (GembaDocs).
- Manage, evaluate, and optimize advertising spend across various platforms.
**Business Operations Duties**:
- Implement and manage the MRP system.
- Refine office and workshop processes through continuous improvement.
- Assist the management team with their duties.
**Essential Experience**:
- Website content management.
- Digital marketing principles, including SEO.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in both written and verbal interactions.
- Proficiency in IT, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Valid driver's license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
