Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective diary management, arranging meetings and managing changes as needed
  • Coordinating travel and processing expenses for fee earners and partners
  • Reporting and resolving IT issues for self, fee earners, and partners
  • Building strong relationships with clients through responsive communication and extra-mile assistance
  • Assisting with billing and credit control queries
  • Creating electronic court bundles, including indexing and paginating

Please note that prior legal secretarial experience, fast typing skills, proficiency in MS Office packages, and knowledge of case management systems are essential requirements for this role.
