**Global Retail & Training Performance Coordinator | London

**Role purpose
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Provide high level of digital administrative support to the Global Retail team
- Using Workday, Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud, assist with the digitisation of training materials with a focus on design, including curating image sourcing and other digital assets
- Coordinate and manage translations of training materials and create language-specific modules accordingly
- Manage develop ment version controls and maintain electronic filing of project documentation and course folders
- Prepare training material and eLearning modules to upload onto LMS (Work day) and administrate training campaigns
- Prepare completion reports for learning deployed via LMS
- Prioritise and track deliverables, manage project timelines, deadlines and request
- Assist in creating engaging presentations when requested
- Participate in meetings, take notes, and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with partner departments such as Talent Development and Workday to gather and organize latest information and development
- Manage information flow in a ti mely and accurate manner

This is a full time position operating with a hybrid working pattern.

- Proven work experience in the design and development of competency-based learner-led training programmes, including roll-out support material
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading abilities
- Ability to multi-task and navigate various stages of development
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

**Advanced skills in**:

- LMS functionality (Workday)
- Articulate 360
- Storyline
- SCORM cloud
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment is desirable but not essential; as would be qualifications in related industries such as Retail, web design or development, digital publishing, motion graphics or video production
