Established luxury beauty brand has created a new role for an experienced Head of Retail Design (& experience) with a global remit. With exceptional, strategic leadership skills across store design, VM, windows, events and pop-ups, the ideal candidate will mix a degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Industrial Design, experience in retail design/ visual merchandising or similar with strong conceptual ideas and vision.


Working with the Global Creative Director, you will have a strong team of leaders reporting into you and an indirect team of 10 – you must understand how to navigate and shine in complex global matrix team balancing creative concept, global markets and project management. APAC experience is a plus but not essential but head office and localisation experience is a must


The role:

  • Develop and articulate the global retail experience design strategy
  • Conceptualisation and design of flagship stores
  • Provide strategic oversight and creative direction for visual merchandising, windows, and in-store experiences
  • Ensure brand messaging resonates with the luxury audience worldwide
  • Continuously explore new materials, technologies, and design approaches to elevate the in-store experience globally.


This role is London based with hybrid working. Please note I am shortlisting on the 28th August and applications will close on the 20th
