Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Retail Head of Merchandise to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our merchandise strategy and operations across our global retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandise strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail operations specialists to ensure seamless execution of merchandise plans across our global retail network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform merchandise decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
