About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of permanent visual merchandising in our UK stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the creative and technical development, installations, and budget monitoring of visual merchandising in our stores.
  • Store Openings: Coordinate the construction of global layouts and brand fixtures, as well as deliveries, installations, and brand soft customisations.
  • EU VM Guidelines: Ensure the correct execution of EU visual merchandising guidelines in our stores.
  • Store Support: Act as the main contact for stores on visual merchandising-related matters.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for the country.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in store opening management and visual merchandising, with strong project management and communication skills.
  • Budget Management: Budget management experience.
