What impact will you create?

We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our global visual merchandising strategy, aligning VM with inventory management, sales patterns, and product launches, specifically targeting our retail and wholesale outlets in the Western region. Your role will involve establishing and enforcing VM protocols for both mainline and wholesale locations, ensuring that our visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld through comprehensive guidelines.

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Visual Merchandising team to devise and execute a synchronized visual strategy for the Western regions, including seasonal launches and sales initiatives; ensure optimal product display based on the selling environment; adhere to merchandising standards by product category; maintain visually appealing stores with regular updates; assess the effectiveness of VM initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Partner with the Store Design and Architecture team for effective store capacity planning.
  • Oversee and coordinate local market VM teams, providing feedback and follow-up.
  • Educate regional visual merchandisers and store personnel on VM guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Stores team to ensure appropriate use of furniture and layout according to range plans and visual impact.
  • Support the VM Director in creating looks and mannequin displays based on stock availability and purchasing volumes.
  • Mentor field teams on mannequin standards and styling.
  • Manage the showroom for seasonal selling presentations and additional requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative concepts for product launches aimed at both press and consumers.
  • Analyze and report on competitors' visual merchandising advancements.
  • Directly manage the visual merchandising for Western regional stores and wholesale accounts.
