How will you contribute to our success?

Your role will be pivotal in establishing a methodical and organized approach to global visual merchandising, connecting VM to inventory management, sales patterns, and product shipments, with a focus on the retail and wholesale sectors in the Western region. You will develop and enforce VM standards for both mainline and wholesale outlets, ensuring adherence to detailed guidelines.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field. Collaborate with the HQ Visual Merchandising team to create and execute a cohesive visual strategy for the Western regions, considering seasonal launches, sales initiatives, and appropriate product display based on the selling environment. Partner with the Store Design and Architecture team for effective store capacity planning. Oversee and coordinate local market VM teams, providing feedback and follow-up. Train regional visual merchandisers and store personnel on VM guidelines and best practices. Work closely with the Stores team to ensure optimal use of furniture and layout in alignment with range plans and visual appeal. Assist the VM Director in creating looks and mannequin displays based on inventory and purchasing volumes. Guide the field team on standards and styling for mannequins. Manage the showroom for seasonal selling events and other requirements. Contribute to the development of innovative ideas for product launches aimed at both press and consumers. Analyze and report on competitors' visual merchandising strategies. Directly manage the visual merchandising for Western regional stores and wholesale accounts.

What does success look like in this role?

Proven experience in the fashion retail sector in a comparable position. Strong background in retail merchandising with a keen sense of fashion and visual merchandising. Experience across multiple regions or markets is essential. A proactive and adaptable mindset. Creative, engaging, and energetic personality. Strong visual and fashion acumen. Ability to cultivate relationships across various levels and cultures; proficient in presenting information and ideas effectively. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work cross-functionally. Proficient in PC applications (PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
