Job Title: Senior Visual Merchandiser

At Sephora, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans
  • Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and store management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budget management experience
