About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all permanent visual merchandising aspects within our UK stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all permanent visual merchandising solutions, including organisation, order, brand communication, productions, installations, and budget monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and our central merchandising team to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and implement creative and technical visual merchandising solutions, including brand and Sephora displays, soft customisation elements, and furniture.
  • Validate fixtures and creative concepts with the central team to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate deliveries and installations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Adapt and communicate central guidelines to stores, ensuring compliance with EU VM guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in store opening management and visual merchandising.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
