About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Marketing Execution Manager to join our team at The Change Partners. As a key member of our Global Talent Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in driving retail marketing excellence and delivering impactful in-store experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, managing the relationship and all activities, including space negotiation, budget management, and project coordination.
  • Retail Strategy and Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new retail displays, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Field Teams, and external agencies to manage stock requirements, launch new product lines, and roll out promotional messaging.
  • Insight and Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, gather insights from retail partners, and recommend new strategies to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process for retail spend, ensuring all internal processes are followed and expenditures are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Project Management: Handle complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring all elements are coordinated for successful execution.
