We have an exciting opportunity Join our dynamic Team as a Business Support Lead in Dartford Children's Social Work Service.

If the answer is a resounding "yes," then we have an exciting opportunity for you to become the Business Support Lead within Integrated Children's Services at The Willows in Swanley. Not only will you be part of a vital team, but you'll also have the chance to work remotely on occasions.

As the Business Support Lead, your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be put to great use. You'll lead and supervise a team of experienced Business Support staff, ensuring that processes and systems are always efficient, up to date, and accurate. Juggling multiple deadlines and urgent requests will be second nature to you, as you proactively manage your workload and guide your team through their responsibilities. With your strong administrative, minuting, and IT skills, as well as your ability to handle data effectively, you'll be an invaluable asset.

This role requires occasional travel. However, we offer reimbursed mileage in line with HMRC rates.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
