Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure sales professionals have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
