Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Alexandra Corke T/A Alban Recruitment Solutions is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Manager to drive exceptional customer service standards, deliver key performance indicators, and increase customer levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively plan and execute the business strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Be a role model for the sales team and create a fun and friendly work environment that motivates and inspires others to excel.
  • Be results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Take a proactive approach to growing the company's customer base.
