**Overview**:

- To support the team and the Trainers in the execution of all courses across various sites.
- Working to support the needs of all clients, booking and maintaining open communication and professionalism.
- Working togeter to grow the business

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Process customer bookings and enquires
- Send training course booking instructions, invoices, and confirmation of pass certificates to customers and clients
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists٫ schedules٫ attendance sheets, feedback forms)
- Update course and trainer information on the Learning Management System
- Prepare the training classrooms and keep them properly set up
- Deal with off-site training bookings (hiring meeting space, receiving details of our clients)
- Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes and feedback forms
- Keep course file paperwork up to date and complete
- Prepare reports on training activities and results
- Suggest improvements or new programmes
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise onsite
- Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices
- Reaching out to new customers

**Essential/desired skills and experience**
- 3+ years' experience of working as an administrator٫ HR Assistant or other relevant position
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Good practical experience with MS Office and bo
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive people's person
- Glass half full kind of outlook
- Tech savvy is a plus
- Commercial acumen is a plus

**About Safety First Aid Group**

Safety First Aid Group was founded in 1959 as a family business and has been at the forefront of manufacturing workplace first aid and medical supplies since then. The Group has seen strong growth throughout the last two years and has recently moved to Letchworth to continue the expansion of operations. Growing our team is an essential part of our development; we are looking for exciting professionals with the drive and enthusiasm to help propel us into the next era for our business.

The group comprises of three specialist areas: Safety First Aid, Safety First Aid Training and Occupational Health Recruitment. We manufacture products, train in first aid and support in the recruitment of health and safety professionals. It is a joint enterprise, with all three areas of the business supporting each other, and strengthening this collaborative effort is a key feature of Safety First Aid Group’s future success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
