**Commercial Administration Coordinator**

As a well established yet small business we are the UK's largest independent driver CPC, fleet training and auditing experts. We operate within a fast moving commercial environment and our relationships across a range of both small and corporate clients are long standing and demonstrating strong retention and repeat business.

Working within a small and friendly team within our Letchworth Garden City office we are now looking to add strength to our commercial activities embracing sales, marketing, and operations,

**Key Tasks/Principle Accountabilities**:

- Provide up to date, accurate and timely client reports.
- Monitor, review and report online training attendance against client bookings.
- Prioritise and field inbound enquiries.
- Monitor Website and Eventbrite booking platform
- Liaise with existing and new clients to communicate, coordinate activities and promote customer engagement.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve client complaints, escalating where required.
- Assist the marketing function to effectively and timely, market planned training events.
- Support continual operational process improvements & efficiencies, through the use of best practice and technology, which supports the reduction of workload and resource requirements.
- Support the implementation of a client facing portal that allows customers access to the Company's booking system, including status reports, access to certificates etc. to improve client interactions and reduce dependency on staff.
- Effectively operate within the KPI / SLA metrics, maintaining performance at the agreed levels.
- Support holiday/absence cover on the ops/resource desk. Engage with a detailed upskilling programme.
- Maintain high levels of customer service with a focus on quality and trust that supports client engagement.
- Support the Senior Management Team in meeting the company’s annual business plans and objectives.
- Engagement with additional projects as and when required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
