To support our continuous growth, we have a requirement for an Office + Warehouse Administrator.

**JOB SUMMARY / OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
As the Office + Warehouse Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective administration of the Office and Warehouse functions. The role is matrix in nature and will cover many interesting and important areas throughout the business as demand necessitates.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:
**Office**:
Core Shared/Cover Duties:

- Management of verbal & written customer enquiries (Quotes, etc)
- Telephone Call Handling
- Repairs processing
- Returns processing
- Import Confirmations
- Purchasing Administration and Forwarder Liaison
- Daily Sales/Despatch Reporting

**Warehouse**:
Core Shared/Cover Duties:

- Goods Receiving Administration
- Back Order Releasing
- Picking, Packing and Despatch as required
- Configuration of Blood Pressure Cuffs (administration & physical build)

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to carry out such other duties as may be required and as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Previous Administration experience essential
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent computer software skills (prior Sage 200 experience an advantage)
- Highly organised
- Process and detail oriented
