Office Administration Assistant

Complete Building Services (Herts) Ltd based in Letchworth are looking for an experienced admin assistant to join their family style run business and for the right person to aid in the day to day running of their Admin department.
Duties will include answering the telephone, Invoicing and Quoting, Valuations, liaising with clients and tenants, booking in jobs, ordering materials and all general administration duties.
Must be organised and have attention to detail.
Will need to be computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour paid lunch break.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
