Office Administrator

Design command is hiring an office administrator to join its Hertfordshire team.
Founded in 2013, we are an award-winning interior design studio with projects in the restaurant & bar, luxury student hotel and boutique workspace sectors in the UK and internationally. We are passionate about design and each project we work on is unique. By exploring colour, shape, and form, we aim to capture the personality of each individual space we design.
As the office manager within our team, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the studio. Your efforts directly enable the team to create and deliver our award-winning designs to clients.
Please note this role is a part-time (2-3 days per week) position with the prospect of becoming permanent for the right person.
The right person must have:
- two years min. office administration experience
- experience with HR, Finance and Recruitment tasks
- excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- excellent organisation and process development skills
- strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
- UK resident status
Location: the role is based in our offices in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire & Remotely
