**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- agency staff timesheet processing, assisting with payroll and pensions processing
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and sales ledger check reports
- managing and checking invoice ledgers for all offices
- checking payroll submitions for all offices
- Ensuring all client invoices are paid, and appropriate actions are taken against overdue payments
- Maintaining records, i.e, holidays, repayments, contracts, references, etc
- Assist colleagues and managers whenever necessary
- regular on-call duties
- any other administrative tasks

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
