**Compassionate Neighbours Administrator (15 hrs per week with flexible work pattern possible)**

Our Compassionate Neighbours Team at Garden House Hospice Care is looking for a passionate and organised part-time Administration Assistant who wants to make a difference in their community.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a proactive individual with some knowledge and expertise in administration. You will have strong organisational skills to multitask and prioritise a range of different activities. ABOUT THE PROJECT

Compassionate Neighbours are local people, who provide social and emotional support to anyone experiencing loneliness or social isolation. They are trained volunteers who are matched with a member of the community based on their interests and hobbies. Offering regular visits, companionship, emotional support and a listening ear, they help them do the things they like doing and stay connected to their community, family, and friends. They also support the work of our fantastic Wellbeing Hubs. We receive more than 200 referrals every year and therefore need to ensure we recruit sufficient Compassionate Neighbours to meet this demand. We have a wonderful group of Compassionate Neighbours and are proud of the project and the difference it makes to our local community. If you would like to become a part of this Compassionate Neighbours Team and support us with running a smooth and efficient project, we’d love to hear from you.
