About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our leasehold retirement team at Home Group. As a Scheme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our retirement community, providing support to our customers to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheme on behalf of our residents, ensuring that our buildings are safe, secure, and meet required safety standards.
- Provide visibility on the scheme, engaging with customers, responding to calls, and providing a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting our customers to socialize and enjoy their community spaces.
- Work with partner contractors for repairs and maintenance works, sourcing suitable local suppliers when needed.
- Signpost customers to relevant services to support their welfare and make a positive impact on their lives.
- Support our sales team when new properties become available, interviewing potential customers and providing a warm welcome as they move in.

Requirements
