Facilities Administrator

My client who is based in Eastleigh is looking for an Administrator to join them on a full time basis in their facilities team.

My client is a well established business based in Eastleigh.
**Description**
As the Facilities Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Covering the switchboard to answer and transfer all incoming calls to the relevant contacts or departments
- Covering Reception as needed to meet and greet visitors
- Carrying out checks on the company's fleet of cars including MOT checks, service checks, license checks
- Raising PO numbers as requested
- Helping to approve invoices on site
- Ensuring checks on all building are completed and helping organise works needed as and when required
**Profile**
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Be a good communicator both verbally and in person
- Have a friendly and welcoming approach
- Be well organised
- Have a good background in administration
